Vincent is a a Dutch native living in the UK, and has worked (and is still working) in the global tech industry for nearly 30 years.

I am the founder of Windmill Startup Coaching , a coaching and consulting company that helps (tech) engineers who are overworked and stuck in a job to build sustainable, scalable, and profitable consulting or services side businesses without selling their freedom to do so.

In a nutshell, I take those lofty, vague ideas & strategies the business space loves to say will make you multiple 6 or 7 figures, and help you get clarity on the HOW without burning yourself out.

During my tenure in corporate life I have had the opportunity to learn many different disciplines such as Technical, Product management, Product Marketing, Offer Management, Pricing Strategy, Business Development and Sales. As well as leading teams of people.

In these roles Vincent has launched more than 200 products and offers to the market, across all international markets globally. This knowledge and experience is what grounds me when working with individuals to help them launch (or re-launch) their consulting or services business.
