I'm Vincent, a Dutch native living in the UK, and I've been working in the global tech industry for nearly 30 years.
I'm the founder of Windmill Startup Coaching, where I help senior tech professionals build sustainable, scalable, and profitable consulting businesses alongside their careers, without giving up their time or freedom to do it.
Over the years I've worked across product management, product marketing, offer management, pricing strategy, business development, and sales. I've also led teams and launched more than 200 products across international markets. That experience is what I bring into every coaching engagement.
I know what it's like to spend decades building inside someone else's organisation. The skills are real. The track record is real. But the options aren't always there when you need them.
